I have often referred to myself as a Soul Therapist and for those of you whom I have worked with on intense issues I believe that you know the reason why. I have the ability to take you on a journey where you connect with your soul; you may wander into a past life as we work together to release an issue that may be so ingrained that it just sticks to every part of you. I beleive that all issues are adhered with velcro and are just like the choices that we make, we change our minds and keep the change, for the moment anyway, because we can always make different choices at any time. Our issues came into being because of choices that we have made and for some reason we think the choice to be a final one and it is that thought that keeps us stuck in dys-functional issues. I encourage all those I work with to be kind to themselves, treat themself as they would their own children with love, respect and kindness as this is the language of the Soul.

Mask of the Sacred Shadow Self - The Workshop

We all have parts of ourself hidden beneath our life experiences that when healed would make us stronger more empowered beings. Sometimes we fear having these parts being exposed because of the pain, drama and memories of the experiences that sent them underground. The work/playshop "Mask of the Sacred Shadow Self" is a dream to those who do not wish to dwell on their "stuff" but just wish to let go and move forward. We work together in a safe, nurturing enviroment and very subtely invite those parts of us to the surface to play with us. The mask is a paper mache image of your own face that you will decorate to represent your healed Shadow Self with the intention of performing a cereomony to welcome it into the light. This is a two day workshop, one day to do the work (play) to entice the Shadow Self forward and make the impression of the mask which you will continue to work on yourself and then return with a song, dance, story inspired by the new and re-engerzied you that will be. The tools used will be exercises, guided visualization, sounds, crystals and our own stories. Each step taken will bring us towards empowerment and fulfillment.
